It has editorials based in Glasgow and Belfast. Commissioned and unsolicited content is sought internationally.
Variant is published three times a year, with no cover price and a print run of 10,000 copies per issue. It is distributed throughout Scotland, the North of Ireland, England, Wales, the Republic of Ireland -- and internationally via the web.
